Geoethics
Shownotes
Today I speak with Dr. Angélica de Freitas e Silva and Bárbara Zambelli about Geoethics. We talk about the social and environmental impacts of mismanaged territories and natural resources as well as the lack of accountability in international tailing dam projects in Brazil and transgenerational climate crimes. Bárbara is a geologist and currently stationed as a mining expert in Laos, Angélica is a multidisciplinay articulator, lawyer, academic activist, teacher and researcher, currently living in Brazil. Our recording took place already on November 1st and we recorded in three different time zones, which you will be able to hear from time to time. Enjoy listening!
